I was absent for two days and today I won’t be around much either. But I have sticked to my diet… except a little too much alcohol on day 10. Oh well, have to be eaven healthier now.

I also did workout. First some roller blading, then rope jumping, some strenght training and streching.
It’s day nine… I don’t see any changes. Maybe only my boobs are little smaller. But okay. My priority is to be healthy… but it can get discouraging. How long before results? I don’t want to quit because of my health… but still. I got a little sad.

For exercise I played volleyball for half hour of so. So much fun!
Today was a little hard. I’m having cravings from hell. I think I will eat something more caloric for tomorrows breakfast. Toast with cheese or tuna… I shall see :P.

I’m still in pain because of yeasterdays exercise. So… i went lazy today. I will do some streching before I go to bed.
