Tea and Muffins

Heigh: 170 cm CW (22. 2. 2012): 67 kg GW:60kg UGW: 55kg

I was absent for two days and today I won’t be around much either. But I have sticked to my diet… except a little too much alcohol on day 10. Oh well, have to be eaven healthier now.

Day: sucessfull!

  • Breakfast: tea and toast with one slice of cheese
  • Snack: small! cup of french coffe with chocolate (everything that has calories is food!)
  • Snack: banana/kiwi/kiwi smoothie
  • Lunch: salad, one cooked potato and two slices (in the size of my palm) of fish
  • Dinner: 10 maccadamia nuts

I also did workout. First some roller blading, then rope jumping, some strenght training and streching.

It’s day nine… I don’t see any changes. Maybe only my boobs are little smaller. But okay. My priority is to be healthy… but it can get discouraging. How long before results? I don’t want to quit because of my health… but still. I got a little sad.

Day: Sucessfull

  • Breakfast: handful of raisins
  • Snack: one cup of banana-kiwi-orange smoothie
  • Lunch: 1 and 1/2 of moussaka
  • Dinner: a little vanile pudding covered with grape syroup
  • Late snack: one tuna can… all day studying is exhousthing. Need a refil.

For exercise I played volleyball for half hour of so. So much fun!

Today was a little hard. I’m having cravings from hell. I think I will eat something more caloric for tomorrows breakfast. Toast with cheese or tuna… I shall see :P.

  • Snack: one cup of banana-kiwi-orange smoothie
  • Lunch: one small (for me) portion of sphagetti with meat souce and parmezan cheese
  • Dinner: 10 macadamia nuts

I’m still in pain because of yeasterdays exercise. So… i went lazy today. I will do some streching before I go to bed.

It’s been one week, and I can’t belive I’ve come this far!
